Ramon was wonderful. Ordered the parts for my fridge last week, had them delivered to me, and today got the water & icemaker running again. Thanks for the great job! The cats appreciate the fresh filtered water too!

It didn’t take long for him to fix my dishwasher- just a couple of unclogging the washer and plugging it into a working outlet and my dishwasher came back to life. He was very knowledgeable and I am pleased with the results. I am happy that I made the right decision in choosing Sears. Thank you
