I think Javier has a doctorate as a technician. He was able to right away know what was the problem with my microwave and fixed it in a flash. I am so impressed.

Martin was incredible. He came to us (on time) on 1/3/25 to conduct a maintenance visit and he was so friendly and thorough with his work. He had suggestions on how to maintain our appliances better, gave us tips and tricks for extending the life of our appliances and serviced all 6 within 3 hrs. We will only request him going forward. Thank you Martin.
