Technician replaced the reset button for my dryer ( 3 parts in one ) protected my porcelain floors and was careful about my porcelain floral arrangement. I really appreciated that. He came back two days later to ck on a ' rubbing / screeching " sound from the drum which only started after the drum was removed to replace the reset button, but it eventually " worked itself out ". It was nice he came back the second time to ck, but as it turned out everything was okay and nothing needed to be done. Ramon has a smile, was pleasant and great disposition. Thankyou kindly.

The tech who came to diagnose the problem with my fridge, then later replace the part, was GREAT! He was professional, yet at the same time was so helpful and patient with me. I'd recommend Jeff any day of the week!
