Our dishwasher stopped working, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Sears. The first technician arrived promptly, quickly assessed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and scheduled a follow-up visit right away. When the initial repair didn’t fully resolve the problem, they continued troubleshooting, ordered new parts, and got us back on the schedule without delay. The new parts arrived earlier than expected and they let us move our appointment up. The second technician completed the repair efficiently and professionally. Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, and everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and respectful of our home. They consistently arrived within the promised time window and kept us well informed, which made it easy to plan around the appointments. Overall, we were very impressed with the level of service and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend!
