My technician Clay was amazing. He went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be more appreciative… However, the office with the AI system is very frustrating like beyond frustrating, but my technician Clay he really seemed to know what he was doing and and did care about fixing it. Thank you! But please get rid of that AI system. It made me miss a whole day of work.

Marcus arrived right on time for his appointment, and I truly appreciated the proactive communication via text. He was very polite, professional, and took the time to listen carefully to the issues I was having with my dishwasher. Although the company’s policy required visible evidence of a leak to replace the gaskets, everything was dry during his inspection. However, based on my description of the water pooling at the bottom of the door and the damp insulation, Marcus was able to provide a helpful diagnosis that the front gaskets were likely the culprit. While no repairs were completed today, I was impressed by his thoroughness and dedication to accurately identifying the problem. I truly wish the problem could have been resolved for the fee I paid.

Angel's service was excellent; yours was abominable. Agreement was between 8:00 and noon. You posted that he was on the way and would be there at 1:30. Not another word. He finally arrived at about 3:00 and mentioned that he'd been sent from Salinas which he thought was odd because there are three oven technicians right here. And we had to cancel our 2:00 appointment because of your very poor communication and follow-up. Totally unacceptable!

Alejandro is a great technician. He is very professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining to me how to better use my APPLIANCES in order to keep them running properly. He was very good at what he did and I think he’s an excellent repair technician you guys are very lucky to have them.
