Clay was dispatched to one home via a home warranty company. He had awesome communication, extremely polite, great knowledge of the products, explained everything very well. The home warranty company denied the claim. He recommend a few options on how to proceed.

We were able to get an appointment really fast. Angel was on time , in the early part of the window . He was able to troubleshoot the 2 problems really quickly. He stayed while we ran a wash and dryer cycle to make sure it was fixed. Would have him back in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Came prepared with the thermostat parts for our older fridge. Hiwever ran into an issue with a 1st time problem of the water line cracking but ordered that part which came fast and completed the job by the end of the week. Thank you
