Angel's service was excellent; yours was abominable. Agreement was between 8:00 and noon. You posted that he was on the way and would be there at 1:30. Not another word. He finally arrived at about 3:00 and mentioned that he'd been sent from Salinas which he thought was odd because there are three oven technicians right here. And we had to cancel our 2:00 appointment because of your very poor communication and follow-up. Totally unacceptable!

Alejandro is a great technician. He is very professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining to me how to better use my APPLIANCES in order to keep them running properly. He was very good at what he did and I think he’s an excellent repair technician you guys are very lucky to have them.
