Lawrence was great. However, sears is using a 100% AI system for all phone calls, communication, reminders, booking, etc. it is horrible. I hope they take advice and reincorporate humans into their customer service. It is horrible.

I usually don't purchase service plans, boy am I glad I purchased the Assurant Service Plan contracted with Sears Appliance Repair! My three-year-old refrigerator freezer broke, wasn't holding a freeze. Placing an online service request was easy as was scheduling the appointment which was fast. The 1st service tech, sorry didn't get a name I wasn't home, was professional and thorough. He ordered three replacement parts before he left my house. Sal was the tech that installed the parts. He was super nice, professional and also thorough. Assurant was so easy to work with. There was no fighting over coverage or scheduling. I'm so pleased to work with a company that does what they say, no hassles and on time and their techs actually know what they're doing! Good job everyone!
