Our technician Angel was the best. Polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem with our washing machine in terms that I could understand, and when finished cleaned up the area. When the repair part arrived, Angel was once again the technician and did an excellent job once again. I will always use Sears to repair my appliances and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
