Overall rating

Santos did a great job and got our refrigerator working again. However, it took 2 months before the repairs were done. There were problems with several cancellations and your office sending the wrong parts so the previous repairman could not make the refrigerator work. Two months is a very long time to deal with this and definitely subpar for a warranty that we pay $500 a year for. Unacceptable level of service for the cost.

All three of the technicians were nice enough and did the minimal job. But that was after three visits and three no shows. I left that $2 washing machine for a few weeks. There's not a human being that we were able to contact. Sears roebuck a name that used to mean customer service. Now it doesn't mean much of anything. Like I said the working men did a good job but this AI garbage is killing customer service American jobs and creating nothing more than a easy way for Sears not to be held accountable for missed appointments

Slow Service! Took way to too long to get the repairs completed. The techs were great but it's crazy to wait 10 days to get a tech out to find the problem, then another 10 days to get the tech to come back and replace the part.

Sears has the absolute worst communication. They are using an automated system that will text you at 2am telling you a technition is on their way. I had over a dozen scheduled appointments that Sears never showed up for. I started requesting with First American home warranty to use a different company. They said they had no other companies. Sears has no way to talk to a live person. I sat home day after day waiting with no way to communicate. I had an unusable refrigerator for months. First American also got so fed up with Sears that they paid me for my frig after 2 and a half months. Two weeks after receiving my check from First American, I received a call from a Sears Technician that he was at my house for an appointment. Of course no appointment had been scheduled or communicated or I would have been happy to tell them not to bother. This wasn't just for my frig. This was also for my oven and my continued experience with them on my other properties. I highly recommend using another company and save yourself a lot of wasted time and frustration. The technitions are fine, but the business is horable.

Unreliable with the time window given. Appointment window was 8-12, he called at 12:2 to say he won’t make it by 12, no kidding! I cancelled the appointment at 1:20 when I realized he might not show up before 2pm.

I had Sears come to clean inspect my washer/dryer. I was told by the first technician that everything was good. Later that day my dryer began making noise. Less then a week later it was not working at all. It turned out I needed to get 4 new rollers. Its clear to me that they did not make the repairs the first time in order to charge more and get a second diagnostic fee. I will say the second technician was excellent and did a great job. But i think the policy of sears is to scam people into getting more service calls. Not impressed.
