I have waited all day for a technician😡 No phone call, no text, nothing! Very disappointed in Sears appliance repair.

Your service was the worse I have experienced. Your so called Virtual AI assistant was malfunctioning to respond to reschedule and your AI had us rescheduled 3-4 times which left us with 3-4 weeks without a washing machine. I spoke to your technician who mentioned they were not busy on the original days we requested. A direct connection with the technician would be a better system. Very unhappy customer when dealing with your current system you are using. (To clarify the service person did a good job in fixing the problem. The scheduling with your virtual AI was a nightmare. Had Errors after errors and kept rescheduling appointments. Not very professional and efficient.

The technician was in a hurry. The technician did not assess the wiring to investigate the electrical Odor I told him about. He concluded a light bulb melted the panel in the fridge r/t the door not being completely closed. I pointed out the outlet and the wall around the outlet having burned marks and he told me it was probably dust. I would have felt better had the technician assess the wiring in the fridge and behind the fridge. To replace a plastic panel that shields the light bulbs and to fix the i maker was 1000.00. It was a waste of 125.00 diagnostic fee because of the poor assessment. It was so fast so I had this guy look at other superficial problems just to get my monies worth. Geez 🙄 I do not recommend this company Sears.

They canceled their service appointment fifteen minutes before their scheduled time on Thursday after we waited all day. Our appointment was scheduled for 5pm and they canceled at 4:45pm. Then, after canceling their service, Sears just rescheduled us with no communication. This has been the worst experience. We've even asked AHS not to ever assign Sears to us again.

The tech was great however I have been waiting for nearly 3 months for my dish washer to be repaired. There have been 3 different techs at my home 6 or 7 times they have replaced 1 part twice and another part and the dish washer still does not work. I have in the past been happy with the service from First American however this has been going on for to long. Dan Brumbaugh

A technician named Angel came out to the house after we reported that our LG washing machine was making loud noises and had a lot of water left. After running a load of laundry. Our clothes were sopping wet angel ran a speed wash of our washing machine, said that he didn’t see anything wrong and left. I called because it was my husband who was dealing with Angel because I’m at work and I called a NE and got a person in the chat room who told me that angel had written on his report that when he got there, our washing machine was in operable because of no power and that he plugged it into the power and it was now working. I asked the chat person if she was sure she had the correct report and she said yes that was what Angel had written in our report. What a joke.

If you call you get a chatbot and can't talk to a live person to ask questions. They couldn't find my zip code so I just hung up. Next thing I know I get a text and email that I have an appointment for a repair that I DIDN'T SCHEDULE. They had my address and email address which I didn't provide to the bot. There was no way to reply and then I received an email this morning that they were coming today... when I'm leaving for work, at least on this email I could cancel the service but it said I could be charged if not canceled in 24rs. This is not the way to do business. Call a local place (thought I was) instead where you can talk to someone and schedule a service visit that works for you.

Worst experience. Didn’t come when they were scheduled twice with no call or notice. Didn’t call when they left to give me the update on repair after the third or fourth time I had to schedule them. Didn’t ask where the broken parts were to the unit, then declined to the warranty because he didn’t see the broken part there.
