No call, no show. My original appointment was 2 weeks ago from 8-12 and I got a notification at 11:45 that they were cancelling. I rescheduled for today and this time there was zero communication except for an invitation to leave this review. An hour after the appointment window I called my insurance carrier and they informed me that Sears Appliance Repair is claiming that someone already came and did the repair today which is a LIE! Liars and cheats is what they are. Super disappointed. And now my living room is a storage facility for the 5 packages of parts that have been shipped here for this repair. Super inconsiderate of people’s time. It’s deceitful and disrespectful.

I would give ZERO starts if able. Your technician has now no-showed THREE times, yet he has signed the digital documents that we have accepted the visits and the work is complete. Terrible integrity and service from your business.

My technician never showed up. This is now twice that this has happened. We received a notice that he completed the work order. Terrible. This is fraud. This just happened again. Today. 11/13/24. Adan was the scheduled tech and no showed but we were notified that he had arrived and completed the service.

Incredible frustrating experience, called in for a wine refrigerator repair. Was told one date only for it to be scheduled as another day a week later then promised. The day comes for the repair/estimate the technician calls me and tells me they don’t actually repair those. A giant waist of my time

My experience was not specific to this technician, but the overall process of Sears to diagnose, order parts, schedule appointments & repair my refrigerator ... which took over FOUR WEEKS!! The technicians ordered incorrect parts & then did not confirm that parts had arrived so had to reschedule 4 times. When all parts did arrive, I called 5 times last week to have technician notified & account updated but my appointment was still cancelled after I spent all day waiting and was assured by 3 customer service representatives that appointment was NOT CANCELLED. If a human being would just call the night before to confirm all parts have arrived, that would be a start. If the technician confirmed that the correct parts had been ordered, 3 appointments could have been avoided.. I spent 3 full days waiting at home for service after emptying my fridge and we lived out of camping coolers the past 4 weeks! On top of that,, I spent over 8 hours total in phone calls this month to Sears trying to solve appointment issues. Very frustrating experience & I will not be using Sears for service in the future, nor recommending to ANYONE I consider a friend. Disappointed to say the least!
