John was a great technician. He explained the reasons my refrigerator/freezer was having issues and did the simple fixes and explained how to avoid the problems again. He was very nice and knowledgeable about his job.

I thought the flush line on watersoftener was leaking. The tech did a check and figure out that the water softener was not leaking.
