Excellent service man gave a lot of needed advice including to get the dryer vents cleaned. 30 years in the house, I had no idea. Found a good company to do that and the whole house! He offered a Sears warranty on our appliances but I don't need it this time. However he did offer it.

This tech is great (Gerardo B ) I had three failed to show appointments previously. Bottom line is Sears doesn't deserve one star and they should leave repairs to more competent and reliable repair service companies.
