Our gas dryer was not working properly and clothes were not drying. Gerardo quickly identified the problem as a clogged dryer vent. Once we took care of that issue, our dryer has been working fine. Gerardo was professional and friendly, and kept us informed of his arrival status. We were very pleased with his work.

William was very efficient and knowledgeable. He broke down the complexities of my appliance failure in a logical process of elimination, proceeded to find the faulty part, and replaced it while explaining and demonstrating his techniques to his apprentice. He is an unusual mix of excellent technical skill and teaching.
