Our gas dryer was not working properly and clothes were not drying. Gerardo quickly identified the problem as a clogged dryer vent. Once we took care of that issue, our dryer has been working fine. Gerardo was professional and friendly, and kept us informed of his arrival status. We were very pleased with his work.

Jose was very efficient, knowledgeable and personable. He diagnosed the part that failed and ordered a replacement in short order. He managed to set up a method of allowing the refrigerator to continue working until the new part arrived and could be installed.
