Today’s service was done efficiently. It is frustrating to try to schedule or reschedule as there is no human to contact. I have some billing issues and I will see how that goes. The tech was awesome, really knew what to do and do it quickly.

Our technician was very methodical in assessing the issues we described with our freezer problem. We feel confident that she found and fixed the problem we reported. She explained that a smaller, secondary issue we asked about needed to be reported, and that a tech would order & install those replacement items. The tech today did a great job!
