The serviceman never entered the residence to check the inner system!!

Was never able to reach anyone in person at Sears Home Appliance. Not sure if my work order was completed. Specific instructions not followed and no person to talk to. Owner was never contacted to say they were on their way to meet them with payment and give them instructions for access. Very frustrating as this home is being updated and workers have no a/c.

Poor communication. Does not keep appointments. Appt time changed several times with no text updates. Tech never came to my door (I have camera for doorway). but submitted a diagnosis report to my warranty company lying saying he parked in my driveway for 30 minutes (my car was in my driveway no room to park there) said I never answered my phone? No voicemail no caller id. Their website said it would be hours later! Tech was too lazy to get out of his truck and walk 30 feet to my front door? I’ve been w/o A/C for 3 days in 106 degree temps. I asked my warranty company to send a local vendor who respects the customer. I do NOT recommend Sears Home Setvices.

Did not call upon arrival per notes requesting it. Just Left when door not answered because no one can wait inside for the 4-hour window of arrival time. 10 days till next appt, 90 degrees inside the house. Unacceptable.

I had the worse service with the call center Sears uses they are out of country in Asia they very bad service I have made a complaint with My warranty company who they use this customer service call center this has been going on since 7-31-2024 and the call center was always putting the fault on the Company I use as my warranty and the Technician Which is incorrect the technician let me take snap shots where he ordered the parts and supplied this to the customer call center keep blaming the technician I asked to speak with a manager or supervisor they keep telling me no talk calls I also asked for a link file complaint Said no have one My warranty company has to get a company here in the United States who can handle These issues as they arise I am considering dropping my Warranty company I pay them A quarterly payment and this is the service I received I Also had to go laundry matt and do my laundry two times a week was told by my warranty that they could only reimburse me $50.00 I advised them not acceptable I spent $40.00 A WEEK FROM 8-1-2024 THRU 8-17-2024 I am very upset how this Could happen to a customer that has never used her warranty till know again As of today have not received the link yet to file complaint Sincerely Carol Gonzales Feel free to reach out to me

My ac was working when he got there and wasn’t when he left. My condo hit 92 degrees and I had to stay somewhere else for the night. Now I have to buy a new air conditioner.

I’m a little confused. The email from Choice Home Warranty stated that they were installing A “Trane” AC unit, the name in the unit that was installed is a “Goodman”.
