The Tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced defrost sensor and will take a few hours to verify this action corrected the issue. I hope this fixes the cooling/freezing because Choice has not beens processing new requests. I hear Choice is being sued for poor managing customer issues. But Sear Tech did his job.
