Very happy with my service. Have tried three times with other appliance repair CO’s and problem never fixed. Now I at least know it is not repairable! Time for a new frig.

We did end up having to decline the repair due to the cost, but gladly paid the diagnostic fee and we are forever grateful to be able to understand the issue. The technician gave us excellent service. He arrived on time and quickly solved the issue with our Magic Chef oven. We do not like the AI customer service. We did not receive the service invoice through our email address. We tried calling both customer service phone numbers and there was no option to speak to a real person. The AI customer service call kept us in a loop with no resolution. We also tried the Chat line on the website, but we were not able to get a copy of the invoice. We even tried going to the Sears Home Services address in Sierra Vista that was on Google, but their business was no longer there. There was no way to speak to a real person.
