It was a bit of a struggle getting Samsung to finally agree to repair my 2 year old dryer, but they finally took responsibility for their faulty product. The technician from Sears Home Services did a great job and was very thorough when running diagnostics to ensure the dryer was functioning properly. I hope nothing else will fail with my overpriced Samsung dryer.

Nathan made a great attempt to diagnose and fix the prior issue that was not remedied with a new part. He was able to discern there was a short in the system AND the water line to the ice maker was not getting a signal to cease the water flow, causing a glacier.
