Nathan was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing as he did it. The only thing I would change doesn't have to do with Nathan but with customer service. I made my appointment for 1 p.m. because I have health issues and it's difficult for me to do mornings. Nathan showed up at 10:25. Other than that the service was 5 stars for sure.

Easy to schedule, Bruce was a super technician. The only negative comment is regarding the over abundance of texts and emails from Sears Appliance Repair, and the confirmation process. O confirmed over the phone, I confirmed over text. And I confirmed on email. Then the day before the technician was to arrive, I received another email stating that I needed to confirm the appointment or it would be canceled. Come on!!!!
