Service rep arrived early. Diagnosed problem . Had correct parts with him. Fixed problem. Sears pricing was a little high.

We had a Sears service man named Armand come to our home. It was the first time we had a person who could check all 3 of our appliances. Washer, dryer and fridge. Our repair man was courteous prompt and knowledgeable. He ordered the replacement part on his first visit so that it would be here when he came back. We were first on the list of repairs on his second visit and he was here early and has the job completed quickly. I think the service was great as service should be.
