I am extremely happy about the repair work you did on my Craftsman Lawn Tractor. It is running like new!

My freezer went out and I had a lot of food from that I had froze from the garden that we had. I also had a lot of meat in it. I was able to put the meat in the little freezers that I have in the house and turned the little refrigerator up as high as it would go. I put all the vegetables in it and some of the meat that would not fit in the little freezers. It worked great on the top shelf. However, the rest of the selves did not freeze. A part needed to be order and that took time. So I lost a lot of stuff. The technician was great. He called to let me know when he would approximately be here and than texted when he was on his way. He even told me how to get reimburse for the food that I lost. After explaining everything about what he done and when to put the food back in, he asked if there was anything else that I needed done, like the dryer being cleaned out or things like that. I didn't need anything done but thought it nice that he asked. All in all my experience with sears was great and would recommend them to everyone

Very professional and knowledgeable technician-the repair was made quickly and without any drama. However, Sears should look into a permanent fix for this particular part of their refrigerators-the housing for the filter has broken twice now because of an apparent weakness in design.

Repair tech was on time, had the part, installed the part, checked to make sure everything was work...very professional!

Sears repair people have been so knowledgeable. I can't say enough about their professionalism and overall experience.
