Eight months they had us use “hookup guy” . Trip after trip they replaced just about every part. Finally they wrote it off and issued a replacement credit. Trouble is we had to purchase a replacement from a different company as Sears is no longer in our area. So warranty’s worthless.

The technician showed up, replaced a fuse, the microwave worked for one day and is not working again. I am not happy that I had to call again and was given a repair date of 11/9/21. Unacceptable !!

Purchased a Sears Home Warranty 6 year’s ago paying $50.00 a month and now that my washing machine has stopped working trying to get through to the warranty company is pretty much impossible! Finally got an appointment, paid my deductible just to have NO ONE show up or contact me. I contacted them and they said they were too booked up and couldn’t come out for another week!!! The worst Home Warranty plan ever!!!!

Very difficult to reach! Does not show up for scheduled appointments or contact you at all to let you know they aren’t coming! I have a warranty through American Home Shield, which I guess is using this company as a sub contractor. This contractor has no-showed three times and counting. The automated system gives me an 8am-5pm window for my dishwasher repair. Repeatedly I have waited all day at home just to receive a message at 6pm saying my appointment has been rescheduled. Nobody has reached out to me. I have yet to be able to reach them, despite multiple efforts to go through the automated service.

Took 6 attempts to fix. Wasted 5x9 hours of my time. Call center is unintelligible, 3d world. Avoid this train wreck!!!!!

He did a quick assessment of the fridge and then left, saying there was nothing he could do. He offered no fix and left, saying that it was "the positioning of where the food is placed" that makes the fridge make noise". This is ridiculous and very dissatisfied with the service received for the cost. Nothing was fixed

Stainless steel part of stove was scratched from lack of a protective pad, black strip at top of front does not fit correctly on right side, other issues with warranty company
