The technician Victor was very good. The Sears software however has some bugs. I couldn't go in to change the unit number. I also could not press "1" to confirm my appointment. I tried to go into the chat room but kept being directed in circles. Would not allow me to just make a comment and state my issues. But as I said, the technician I had no problem with. He was very helpful, patient and forthright. I give him 5 stars, but the Sears software about 2 stars. I had so much trouble setting up the warranty and ended up with 11 pending charges which eventually got straightened out after it was discovered that my unit number was on the same line as the street address.
