The machine still knocks while spinning. All that was done is g he moved the washer a few inches and ststed or was off bakance.

Sears Scheduling
I scheduled an appointment with Sears. I had to wait 10 days for availability with a refrigerator and freezer that were not usable, but I was willing to do so because of the high quality reputation they had. I received a phone call and text from a very professional technician days before the appointment. His name was Mike. He asked about the symptoms my refrigerator was having and told me he was going to order some parts so "the problem could be fixed on the first visit". I was very impressed and understood why Sears was rated so high. Then things took a turn. The night before my appointment I received an automated email saying my appointment was rescheduled for and additional 4 weeks away. No explanation and I couldn't reach a live person. Six weeks after I scheduled my first appointment, a technician named Jose showed up with no parts or knowledge of the issues my refrigerator was having. He brought a "trainee" with him to train him on my refrigerator. They were there 15 minutes. The tech diagnosed the problem without even needing to open my refrigerator. Said a part would need to be ordered and a second trip required. Jose, the technician, was polite. He said the next available appointment was another two weeks away, but he would see what he could do to expedite things. He followed through and was able to come back within a few days if the part arriving at my home. However, the trainee did the physical work under the instruction of Jose. I didn't wait seven weeks to have my home used as a training school where a trainee could learn how to repair my refrigerator. A very disappointing experience. I will not use or recommend Sears in the future. Had this review been strictly about my direct experience with Jose, I would have given five stars.
