Paid for less than mediocre service
Put in a claim with Choice Home Warranty waited over 10 days to get service on an air condition unit that was blowing HOT air in the middle of the summer in Phoenix, Arizona. The technician that showed up NEVER went in the attic to check that unit only looked at the air fliters and the return outside. Charged me and said filters needed to be changed and unit need cleaning. None which was true, He Never looked at the unit in the attic or tested the temp levels. Its Phoenix in the dead of the summer. Would hate for his home to be HOT and a broken unit and someone came and gave less than sun-par treatment. Just pay me and I wont fix or even check the real problem. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Thought better of a company like SEARS.

No stars
Technician did not call until 5:30 PM. I deemed them unreliable. I had no communication throughout the whole day until time past of when they were supposed to be here. I will not use them to fix my oven. Will not use them to fix the dryer they were supposed to fix today. Having to wait all day for them to show up and then call at 5:30 asking if we would like to reschedule or he maybe could come out. No way know how will I ever use them?

He did not explain anything after he checked my ac neither did I sign any paperwork with him. Few hours later the insurance emailed me a copy with the technician drawing line where I was supposed to sign and telling me in the email that my clime was not approve. My question is why are we paying home warranty every month with Chooice home warranty. They are all criminal.

No estimate cost of repair. Diagnosis was sent to warranty company which was determined a failure on our part for not maintenancing the unit when we just had someone out here who checked the units out. Appointment rescheduled for 9/30 between 1 to 5 and no one has came yet. Been without ac for over 10 days now.

I give this visit a 0 not 1 star
My ac is still out and it is blowing hot air. Now the company says I have to wait 24 hours in order to request a recall. I have a special needs son in the home living with me and there is no bypass to get someone out to my house sooner. The tech that went out to my house didn't even check to see if cold air was coming out. He just changed the part and left.

Sears has the worst service department
It took over 7 weeks of schedule and rescheduling and my fridge is still not fixed. The technician faked my signature on the work completion form. And today they supposedly come to fix the fridge and at the last minute called and said they have stop servicing choice warranty. I don't know how they get away with it for so long. Very unprofessional,

Never showed up
I'm still waiting for him to get here it's 5:30 pm my appointment was scheduled for 8 am to 12:00 lost a day of work and can't get a hold of anyone

No Point
Technician came out and assessed my AC unit approx. 5:50pm (later than expected). The technician added coolant and by the evening, the AC was not working again.

Didn't fix Ac
This company can not be trusted.They Reached out to me this morning saying they had an early appointment date I accepted it. They lied and said they called me and came to my house to fix my AC. No one called or knocked at the door. They claimed to have found the problem how is that possible if they never stepped foot in my house. I have been on hold for 30 minutes trying to talk with someone. Spoke with a customer representative who is in Asia barely spoke English I couldn't understand her.
