Victor came in, listened to our concerns, took the time to look at the Samsung dryer front, inside and back where the vent is connected. Vent was kinked. He undid the vent kink so that it flowed naturally. Advised us to see if the problem resolves with his troubleshooting. If not resolved, call Sears. Extremely helpful and professional!
