Victor communicated to keep me updated. We were thrilled that he was able to fix our washer.

We were having problems with our dryer, making growling noises. Victor took it all apart and cleaned out the accumulated dog hair that had been there for years and now it's running wonderfully well. At the same time, he examined our washer to make sure everything was going great there he took his time and was very professional.

Having to call and have my washing machine fixed for the second time in 3 months using an extended warranty, I was worried because the original company took a month to fix the problem. Today Victor showed up diagnosed and fixed the problem. Victor was fantastic and I can't say enough about his attention to detail and his willingness to go the extra mile.
