This Samsung unit has been a tricky unit as it was worked on by 3 different technicians. The unit would work after each repair and would then stop heating again just a a few days later, parts were ordered but with the holidays the shipping was delayed. Finally got Victor whom after two more visits and more part was able to finally get the unit up working properly. Victor was friendly knowledgeable and proficient at his job. Fingers are crossed
