Brandon has great people skills- very considerate and respectful. He offered to use a bootie to cover his shoes. He is knowledgeable about his trade. I noticed he was very thorough in assessing the problem with my fridge.

I had a technician and a technician in training come out to repair our microwave. The two gentleman were polite and professional. They made the repair and cleaned up after. The technician explained to me what repairs were completed.
