The technician showed up, asked questions what was wrong, he went out and checked a few things and came and told me what wrong. He made the repairs needed, A/C working now.

Eric P was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, communicative and on time. One of our ac units stopped working in spite of it just being 3 y/o. Eric explained what could be the possible issue & did what had to be done. Hopefully this is just a freon issue and nothing more. Overall, it was a positive experience.
