Our technician was very good, he explained the situation, fixed the problem and was very polite and cordial.

Kendall was great! The guy last week ordered the wrong parts. Thankfully, Kendall had the right part on his truck. Gotta say your 8-5 window is a pain for working people.

The technician who returned to install the new parts took care of the work. Our refrigerator is working again! I'm glad that Sears still provides repair services on appliances as I have always been able to count on their them.
