I have ServiceProtectionAdvantagePlan since 2021 so there was no cost to me. GerryBarronw/SearsApplianceRepair solved the problem in 45minutes. He was experienced and courteous with a pleasant attitude. He arrived in the a.m. however the scheduling window could be improved to 8am to 1pm and 1-6pm. KAllasia

Gerry Fixed the noise immediately! He found that the person that did the repair did not put a screw back in that holds a bracket. This is what was causing the vibration and noise. He installed the missing screw and no more noise! Ty Gerry
