He came. As soon as he could, which was like 5:30 PM after I had been waiting all day evidently every time he finishes the job. The computer adds another one to the list. Even if it's 50 miles away, I feel sorry for the technician. He tries to do a good job. But you reguys, really jerk. I'm around. Why don't you just assign your technicians to a few zip codes? Each, and that's it, they don't drive from cities an hour out in each direction. After each job, it's so stupid and ridiculous. That you wasted my entire day here for 9 hours. I couldn't do nothing. Nothing and the guy was only here 5 minutes.Because of course, they gave him the wrong parts.And he couldn't fix what was wrong.Anyways, a total waste of time.You really abuse your technicians and I think that really sucks.
