The service technician was extra nice and very professional and knowledgeable! Only complaint is they only come to Cave Creek once a week so waited for two weeks to get part fitted!

Todays sears repairman called me in AM to tell me a 2 hr window that he would be here, none of the other repair men has done this. 2 weeks ago I waited from 8 to 5 for repairman and no one showed up nor did they call to say they were not coming and I had to change my schedule and my friends had to change there scedules also so I could be here that day. I have waited over a month to get my dishwasher fully repaired and now its done Thanks
