Gerado, the service technician, was fine. It was the scheduling part that has a lot of room for improvement. I was given an all day window of 8 am to 5pm. At 3pm, I tried to follow up for my renter but there is no one to call, no phone number on the website nor was chat working. Very stressful. Gerry finally called at 4pm and he was very nice giving me a new service window of 5pm to 7pm as they were overbooked or doublebooked. So, lots of areas for improvement in the service scheduling but Gerry was fine. I won't use this service again though. Lack of communication. Gerry ended up saying it would cost $950 or more to repair the dishwasher so I opted not to do so but yet I had to pay the $129 call out fee which I do understand. Still....

We have had Sears repair at our home several times for multiple appliances. Have had no issues at all, however this time I booked online, received a confirmation and technician did not show up and did not receive a call. Could not find a person to speak with about this. I had to book another appt and tech finally showed up. Issac arrived when they indicated and he performed a thorough inspection of our dryer, but did not find any needed repairs.
