Sears is lucky to have Jose! He dresses professional he is well spoken, and he is a great communicator! I was stood up twice by other Sears representatives that no one called me or did anything so two days were lost and I still have the privilege of having to pay for a service call today so that was definitely a disappointing factor! I would appreciate a phone call from someone that is in charge as you are very lucky to have JOSE come to my rescue and complete the job as I've never seen such poor communication other than this nice gentleman

Isaac was AMAZING!!! He was early (which was a plus). He was in contact with us several times prior to his arrival. He was soooo polite. He did a great job servicing our appliances. He was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him without hesitation!!!
