The service person was excellent. But getting an appointment was a nightmare - starting with no way to talk to a live person and an AI that could not answer my questions. The process included someone showing up when I was Not - as I had indicated to the service folks - at home - and did not have my cell phone number although I had tried to change it - and asked that I call back to reschedule but did not leave a phone number... And then you cancelled an appointment - and suggested I reschedule.... And I kept getting texts and emails that did not agree with each other.... Really an outrage.

Jose M from Sears came today and gave me a quote of $486 to replace a water filter housing that takes less than 30 minutes to fix. Tech was at my house less than 5 minutes $130 right out the window. Definitely would not recommend Sears appliance repair.

Tech did not show up today for an appointment that was scheduled today. Tech did not call before the appointment that he is on his way. Horrible Seats customer service they just kept transferring me to different department and was not able to talk to anyone. Do not get service from Sears.

Tech came, state that he doesn’t work on ice maker. Call back to Sears. Gave me a card. I called, wrong department.

Tech was great. I already knew. The problem was the door. I was charged for a diagnosis that I performed. $700 for a new door. No thanks. Tech was here for 10 min sourcing a part. Still charge $100 for a Tech to tell me what I know. I want a refund immediately

He asked if he could flip breakers to find what breaker matched the microwave. I said that was fine. He said he flipped them all but microwave still was on. He said I had to figure it out and call back. I had a nanny home for the appointment. I got home 10 minutes after he left and looked at my breakers, it was labeled and I flipped the breaker and microwave turned off. Don't know what his problem was.

Tech was here looking at dryer for 5 minutes stated it was the electric and my dryer is fine. $105 and thanks for nothing. Never even pulled the dryer away from the wall :(

The tech was condescending in his tone when I asked questions and ultimately the fridge is not repaired. After waiting a month and a half for you to get parts and get back out, the repair didn’t work and the fridge is warmer than it ever has been. I pointed this out to the tech before he left and he advised me to call the home warranty company. I did, they advised me you would come back out in 2 weeks. Timing is terrible and the quality of the work is poor. If you fail at the repair it should not be an additional 2 weeks to get back out to get it right. It’s been a month and half. Terrible

Since August our dishwasher has been out of order and eventually been attempted to be repaired over and over again. The last one yesterday, Thu, Nov. 9, 2023 by technician Mirsad M. He has been here multiple times. When asked why the machine is not replaced with a new one after 3 repairs as stated in my Master Protection Agreement he states that the matter must be addressed with the office. I called the Benefit- as well as the Protection Agreement departments to learn the the technician must indicate on his service report that the machine can not be repaired. To me this is utter nonsense, since my agreement starte that after three repairs a replacement of equal or better value will be provided. So much for that. When I called the two departments this morning (Protection Agreement and Benefits) I received the same answers - - - they must be reading from a provided script instead of using there brain and intelligence to get to the bottom and close the case. Well that has to yet happened . . . I will be contacting to Beter Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs department as well as posting this on open media sites. This is a highly disappointed and disillusiined Sears customer. Manfred Mönnich Scottsdale, AZ
