DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have had techs out to my house 3 times without actually fixing our refrigerator. Time windows are 8AM-5PM and they have no issue canceling appointments same day, as they did today. Wasted 4 days off work and all I get is an AI Bot populating insincere apologies. You can’t reach any actual humans on the phone. Would not recommend them or any home warrant company that uses them. Update: My warranty company required them to come out one more time. Scheduled and was canceled on the same day around 11AM. Rescheduled and was canceled on again in the same manner. Relying fully on AI for needs of real people is ridiculous and is going to cost them business. The AI is also responding to reviews and giving the number to the AI system that is the issue in the first place. Really ridiculous.

Original repair techs were FABULOUS. Neat, professional, well informed, knowledgeable. Replacement of my A/C compressor, coil, refrigerant, and condensor needed. Paid for the parts ahead of time as requested. GHOSTED by scheduling. AI chat bot - worthless. AI telephone assistant - even more worthless. No option to speak with a real human. NO WHERE on the website is there an email address, contact number, nor place to request contact. I'm in Phoenix - it's 86 degrees INSIDE my house and I have to move my elderly mother to a neighbor's house to stay out of the heat until this is resolved.

This is very bad technician and hopefully home warranty stop using is company like Sears because they just steal your money without fixing any thing. Then you can't get ahold of anyone to fix the problem. All he did is turn on the AC and left. He made sure he charged the fee. Didn't say anything and left. Nothing was fixed. I lot alot of money because I to take a day off work to wait for the Eric to do something I could do just trun the AC on with fixing the problem. Im very very disappointed in how companies take advantage and steal for consumers

DO NOT call Sears Home services. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. On the plus side, I scheduled an appointment online same day and someone came out a few hours later. This is what I remember from a few years ago. That's where the similarity ended. The "Representative" who came to my home had NO CLUE as to what he was doing - but he was very nice, as many other people mentioned in their reviews. He kept telling me he had to check with the "Techs" back at the company to see what they thought the problem was. He finally said they were going to replace the board and another part because it was the easiest thing to do - and the most expensive! Almost $800 to fix my fridge. And then I was told they didn't have the parts and it would take 2 weeks. WOW. Not what I expected from Sears, but the name means nothing now. Do yourself a favor - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for a refund of $500.30 since May 16th initiated by JC, and have not received as of today. What gives. Not very good customer service given by Sears. Can some one please notify me and tell me why the delay. An unsatisfied long time customer

DO NOT USE!! We had a dishwasher that was not draining properly. Took 2 weeks to have a tech come out. He was very rude and not professional. Told me I needed a new drain pump for $400, which I ordered and paid for prior to the next appt for install. I had a local repair company come over for a 2nd opinion and it did not need a new drain pump- something on the bottom of the dishwasher needed to only be tightened. So, the tech came over and picked up the drain pump that I had ordered and paid for, and said I would get a refund to my card within 7 days. That did not happen. I called 4 TIMES to get my refund and never received it. Then I got an email from customer service that said in order to get the refund, I had to return the part!! This was 3 MONTHS later. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly they are a scam. I finally just denied the charge on my credit card. RIDICULOUS!!!

When I initially called to make the appointment to have our Kenmore water softener repaired, I asked what the service fee was. The rep told me $89. My wife was at the home to let the tech in and was not aware of the quote I received. In addition to the $89 service fee, the tech charged an additional $120 for labor. The part was $214. I understand paying for the part. The tech was there 20 minutes. I think the additional $120 labor is a huge overcharge. I will not be using Sears services again.

$300.00 for a half hour of labor is a ripoff. Also, keep your opinion of my home to yourself; I don't care if you think my ceiling is too high. If you're allergic to animals say so - don't swing your foot at my 6 week old foster kitten.
