Our fridge is covered until a maintenance contract. Our Tech kept me updated, ordered the part and had it delivered to our home and then installed it without issues.

Jose, the third repair tech Fri my Kenmore refrigerator issue, was knowledgeable and and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the inability to reach a live customer service person (all is AI or chat enabled) at Kenmore Home Services when needed as it was here is most unfortunate and ensures that I will never use them again!

The washer was repaired in three weeks. The repair personnel were great. The sears customer service is all AI cannot talk to a real person. This could have been handled with the second visit but still not enough parts for second visit. That is way to long for final repair. Thanks again for Repair personnel..they were fantastic.
