The rep you sent, Bill, seemed to be knowledgeable enough. I’m unclear why your company would send a different tech than the one who had made a game plan and allow that tech to complete the job they started. (Psychologically that is mentally beneficial for a person to complete what they started.) So the new tech didn’t what the original tech had planned and now we have to adjust to the new plan. It worked out because your company can’t complete the kid. A Certified Bosch rep needs to come to do the job. Y’all should try to get on the same page.

If Sears had an issue with Choice Warranty, referred me back to Choice , should've said so over the phone thru the multitude of conversations I endured, hours of waiting on no show techs, round and round with electronic voice prompts and transfers. Add this fiasco to last time's TWO MONTH WAIT via Sears to replace my ice maker and you get 2 stars, generously. The tech sent this time I would hope returns when this next appt set (Âłrd time) vs the 1st tech who was going to have to use you tube for replacing a freezer light.

Never again. The tech great. Communication - or lack there of - horrible. No show for the service appointment and had to wait another 4 days. No wonder Sears is bankrupt. No options to speak to a human and get some basic clarity on the service order. All thru a VRU that lacks options for what is actually the issue. All in all, a terrible experience.

Took 10 minutes to determine he could not repair my fridgerator ..he seen that a relay was instaled and he said he could not touch it ..wow

When I made the appointment with Sears, I was told $129 diagnostic fee & it would be waived if I have the repair done. It also says that on the website. When the service technician was done he said $129 plus the labor charge to reattach a hose. It cost $299 total. It was late Friday afternoon & I didn’t want to argue with the technician, so I paid him. Service was fine!! But shady tactics

Victor was the only person that cuould fix my problem, he was the last of 8 people that came to our home fix our washer. I would say that most the the other 7 were like the keystone cops they went in circles, 1st misdiagnosed the problem,then one of them took one of the parts that came to our house back to hisbusiness and ordered a new part, 2 days later thepart was returned to me because someone did not take the first shipping label off the box before sending it back to yoursupplier.there where many parts sent to my house that were never used to fix our washer.the only part that was needed to fix the washer was switch actuator for the lid which was never recieved because whoever filled the order shipped a belt instead of the switch, but they did put the correct paper work for a switch in the shipping envelope. I suppose this might be record for your company because this small repair took a total of 45 days. thanks for the speedy service. thank you for putting My wife through hell taking our laundry to the laundry mat evry few days .But as I said at the start Victor was the one that did the job right.
