My tech was phenomenal. He understood our desperate circumstances especially considering I'd suffered a heat stroke on Sunday, he was determined to leave us with at least 1 working unit in our 2 a/c unit home.Thank you so much for sending such a conscious person to assist my family when others hesitated to put forth the effort to push forward to a better resolution, he did. Thank you. We were fortunate to have the same tech come out to repair my second a/c unit 2 days later. Hojat was once again phenomenal despite the lateness of the appointment he came prepared to fix the issue then and not days later. His professional attention to task was unquestionably on point and appreciated. Thank you.
