The gentleman who came out to fix the washer was exceptional. He communicated often explained what the problem was and recognized that I did not have to spend $400 to have it repaired very very fair and honorable.

Eric and his colleague were very professional and apologetic as they could not work on my unit. My home warranty company Choice Warranty failed to communicate that my unit was on a very high roof needing a 32ft ladder despite being the very first thing highlighted on my description.
