He was pleasant- very professional and thorough- cleaned up after himself which most technicians are not too good about-was concerned about using towels to keep leaking water mopped up. Jacob can come back any time.

This Guy was great. Fixed everything and was a treat to talk to. Send him if I need another repair later. 5 all the way. I just checked my refrigerator after about 5 hrs. It is still not getting cold. It is not fixed again for the 3rd time. Please send someone back here Thrusday 28th of February.thanks
