Eric and his colleague were very professional and apologetic as they could not work on my unit. My home warranty company Choice Warranty failed to communicate that my unit was on a very high roof needing a 32ft ladder despite being the very first thing highlighted on my description.

He was pleasant- very professional and thorough- cleaned up after himself which most technicians are not too good about-was concerned about using towels to keep leaking water mopped up. Jacob can come back any time.
