My repair technician was extremely capable, knowledgeable, and professional. We received a premier experience—representing the best of the Sears Home Services brand. However, the estimated repair costs has forced my wife and I into deciding purchasing a new washer instead.

When your dryer makes a high pitched screaming sound, you want to know what the problem is and have it fixed yesterday. Our Sears Appliance Repair tech diagnosed the problem, showed us the parts needed and prices to order, ordered parts were shipped directly to us and awaited same repair tech who installed in about an hours time. The tech was knowledgeable, worked quickly, was friendly and answered all questions asked. 5 star experience.
