The service was not great, two tech came but they diagnosed wrongly. Took about a month to get the parts and get the repair service. Unfortunately, The refrigerator was not fixed. I call Sears service and I was told that I need to make a new claim and pay to the tech again for another diagnosis. The Sears company did not honor the repair warranty that was made by their technicians. I was told to wait 48 hours to see if their repair fixed the problem. It had passed 6 days since the technician showed to fix my refrigerator and this one still with the same problem. Sear has the name only not the service they used to have.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst service ever. $250 diagnostic fee to have the problem misdiagnosed multiple times. Months of waiting, no repair, and no option to speak with anyone who can help solve the problem. It's basically fraud!

Very lazy guys, they don't do anything an houring a 1/2. They just tried to make time and they don't do not even want little things.
