Excellent work with good communication skills.
JC was helpful from the start and explained the problem and its solution. He found the necessary part and went and brought it back and installed it with good results. I was told his work had a 30 day warranty, but received no paperwork. His explanation for why my signatures were required were sketchy.

Jose came to diagnose a non-working refrigerator/freezer. He correctly diagnosed the problem and explained to us what was needed; he was able to fix the broken hinge above the freezer door and also cleaned the coils of our built-in unit. We were impressed with his courtesy and expertise and appreciated that he was able to come the next day after our service request.

Its been 5 days since the technician stated my refrigerator could not be repaired because the needed part was no longer available. He said the warrantee service had been notified and they would contact me regarding replacement per the warrantee. I have heard nothing from warrantee services, Because I have insulin and other medications that must be refrigerated, I had no choice but to purchase a new refrigerator on my own.
